		<description>This is good Reed, thanks for sharing, I had the same  issues with thinking/feeling balance ( still have them, but at least verballizing  helps). Yesterday&#039;s exercise on following both strict lead and  improve breaks  was further helping me to find that thin line of being aware of each move by lead and windows of opportunity to express myself more freely.</description>

Nice metaphor with the water. I&#039;m working on thinking less and feeling more. I guess it will come with time as certain fundamentals of the dance become secondary. There is so much going on during the dance and it becomes crazy making to try to think about it all. I need to get my head out of it and let my heart soar.

Awareness of body is probably the most important aspect of dance to a follow. 

I think it&#039;s overlooked very very frequently, which results in a follow who not only misses leads that she is not prepared for memory-wise, but a follow who misses the big point. </description>
