What’s Worse Than Worse?
“You’re an average lover.”
“Our new intern is of average intelligence.”
“Yeah, she has average body movements.”
“My stock broker is pretty average.”
Average.
If you don’t trust your money with an average stock broker, why accept it in any aspect of your life?
Why is average worse than worse?
Comfort.
Those that are average fall into a sleepy state, forgetting that mediocrity has snuggled into the bed next to them with a Cheshire cat smile, hitting that snooze button over and over again…
People are drawn to average because it’s safe. Remarkable? Different? That’s just too risky. Let’s do what everyone else is doing no matter how stupid it is.
The middle is magnetic. It’s safe, easy, but you will rarely find anything of value there.
Avoid the magnetic middle and push to the top! Set your own limits and define your own style in work and play.
Begin by rejecting average in both your life and dance and you will begin to see some powerful changes.
